Policies & Directions
  • Check in: 4 PM to 7 PM.  Other times with advance notice.  Check out: 11 AM.
  • A two night minimum stay is required on weekends, holidays, and local special events.  Exceptions may be made - please ask us!
  • Rates may be higher on holidays and special event dates.
  • Due to limited availability, a minimum of seven days notice is required for cancellation to avoid full charge of reserved stay.  Due to our small size, this policy is strictly adhered to.
  • Cancellations for rain or a minor storm (less than hurricane status) will not be honored.
  • Smoking permitted on the large outdoor deck or covered patio.
    No smoking indoors.
  • Regardless of size or demeanor, no accommodations are available for pets at this time.
  • Well behaved children, 12 and over, are welcome.  The Atlantic Suite is the only room that can accommodate a third person on a roll away cot.  For a family gathering with younger children, try Seascape Condos, a personal favorite that is located right on the beach!
  • Visa and Mastercard accepted.   A credit card number is required to confirm reservation and will be pre-authorized six days prior to your stay.
  • Room rates do not include 15% hotel tax.

I-45 South to Galveston. I-45 turns into Broadway.
Broadway to 37th Street, turn right.
37th Street to Bernardo de Galvez (Av P), turn left (one way street).

From the ferry:
Follow signs to Seawall Blvd., turn right.
Seawall Blvd. to 37th Street, turn right.
